noodleI like to eat noodles; the French macaroni is my favorite food.
The materials
The main ingredient: macaroni 500 grams
Accessories: 110grams of ham, onion (white) 30grams, carrot 110grams, fresh mushrooms 113grams, cucumber 35grams, and green beans 75grams
The condiments: salt 5g, chicken fine 2g, white pepper 1g, tomato sauce 60g, salad oil 60grams
The making practice:
1. Put the macaroni and hot water into a container, cover the container, high heat it for six minutes, remove and drain, then add salad oil 15grams and stir.
2. Cut the ham into slices and cut the mushroom into piece; peel the onion and carrot, and cut into slices, wash cucumbers and cut into slices.
3. Put 45g salad oil, ham, onion, carrot and the mushroom into the other container, and fry them with high fire for about 5 minutes until you can smell the sweet, then remove and add macaroni, green beans, refined salt, cucumbers slices, chicken essence, white pepper, tomato sauce, mix well, add vinegar, cover and cook 3 minutes with high fire.
Tips: you can’t eat the following two kinds of food together.
Don’t take ginseng, American ginseng with carrots, in order to avoid the effort of opposite and having not a role in health.
