The Swiss often drive to the border town in France to choose and buy food, where the price of milk, meat, eggs is less 40% than in Switzerland. Housewife use baskets to buy vegetables, the packages of stores are paper bag.
The water source in Swiss is enough, but people don’t waste a little, all waste must be concentrated to treatment and emissions, the water after purification also is used to wash clothes. candied snailWhen mention French snail, whether your mouth is secretion saliva? In fact we can also cook an appetizing snail at home; today I’ll introduce the practice of the candied snail.

The materials:

The making practice:

classic onion soupThis is a classic onion soup, and the cooking process is simple, I use the vegetable soup, and with thyme and brandy to taste.
The materials: vegetable soup 1.2 liters, which divided into two parts, 4 onion and cut into slice, sugar, 2 spoon of flour, dry white wine 100ml, bay leaves 1 slice, half tea spoon of thyme powder, half tea spoon of fresh black pepper, 1 spoon of brandy, 4 slices of baked crusty bread, 1garlic and cut in half, the Italian cheese silk 2 spoon
The making process:
1. Heat 4 tablespoons vegetable soup in the pan, and add onion, stir, and stew those 15 minutes with medium heat, until the color becoming golden.
2. Add sugar and flour, and stir, then add the rest of the vegetable soup and grasp wine, add bay leaf, thyme and pepper and continue to stir, after boiling, continue to boil 8 minutes, stir constantly, and then turn the fire to small, the pot cover tightly not all, stew another 30 minutes.
3. Preheat grill.

The making process:

We all know French goose liver is very famous and is also a famous French food, but how also can eat the delicacy of goose liver at home? You must read my passage; I will introduce the way of cooking French royal goose liver today.

noodleI like to eat noodles; the French macaroni is my favorite food.
The materials
The main ingredient: macaroni 500 grams
Accessories: 110grams of ham, onion (white) 30grams, carrot 110grams, fresh mushrooms 113grams, cucumber 35grams, and green beans 75grams
The condiments: salt 5g, chicken fine 2g, white pepper 1g, tomato sauce 60g, salad oil 60grams
The making practice:
1. Put the macaroni and hot water into a container, cover the container, high heat it for six minutes, remove and drain, then add salad oil 15grams and stir.
2. Cut the ham into slices and cut the mushroom into piece; peel the onion and carrot, and cut into slices, wash cucumbers and cut into slices.
3. Put 45g salad oil, ham, onion, carrot and the mushroom into the other container, and fry them with high fire for about 5 minutes until you can smell the sweet, then remove and add macaroni, green beans, refined salt, cucumbers slices, chicken essence, white pepper, tomato sauce, mix well, add vinegar, cover and cook 3 minutes with high fire.

American health saladNow with the improvement of the living standard, we usually eat food of high quantity and high energy in the majority, we know many people often eat “fast food” such as McDonald because of their busy work, although it’s convenient, is not health. So in your leisure time you can do a healthy diet, today I’ll tell you about the American health salad.
The materials: avocado, salad vegetables, the boiled eggs, grapefruit, purple cabbage, baked almonds
The making process:
1. You should cut all of the vegetables and fruit into the right slices or filamentous, then put them in a large salad bowl.
2. Add right mount olive oil, salt and pepper, then mix them well.
